Job Description:
Lead product training initiatives for sales teams, ensuring mastery of product knowledge, features, and brand positioning. Deliver compelling product education that enables sales consultants to confidently present solutions, build customer trust, and maximize sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Product Training Development & Delivery- Design and deliver engaging product training on model range, key features, technology, and competitive advantages
- Adapt training for different sales audiences and experience levels
- Develop training toolkits, quick guides, and digital learning modules aligned with marketing campaigns
- Simplify technical details into customer-friendly messaging for effective sales conversations
- Provide sales teams with product comparisons, FAQs, and selling stories to enhance customer persuasion
- Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for dealership trainers to ensure consistent knowledge transfer
- Evaluate product training effectiveness through assessments, mystery shopping, and sales performance analysis
- Continuously refresh training materials based on new products, customer insights, and competitor moves
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 3 years of product training or product expertise experience (automotive or related industry preferred)
- Strong product and technical knowledge, with ability to simplify complexity for sales use
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to develop engaging content in both classroom and digital formats
- Collaborative, adaptable, and motivated to enable sales success
