Full Stack Developer - Manila

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our technology team. You’ll help design, build, and maintain our custom contact center software platform, which powers:

Our Portal & CRM applications for contact center agents, QA, HR, and leadership.

Client-facing dashboards and reporting tools used daily by our partners.

• Build and maintain scalable back-end services (Node.js, TypeScript).
• Design intuitive user interfaces with React.js and TypeScript.
• Implement caching strategies (Redis) for high-performance systems.
• Develop and integrate APIs, including with Twilio and Vonage.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable, automated deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack.
• Collaborate daily with the team to deliver high-quality, maintainable code.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Languages & Frameworks: Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Infrastructure: AWS ECS (containerized hosting), Linux (Ubuntu)
• Databases & Caching: MySQL, MongoDB, Redis
• Telephony Integrations: Twilio, Vonage
• Development Workflow: Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodology
• Testing: Jest (unit and integration testing)

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Self-driven, but a team player
• Passionate about software development, good work product, all with an attention to detail
• Excited about creating new things, solving problems and having fun along the way
• Able to communicate fluently and effectively in English
• Proficiency with front-end (React/TypeScript) and back-end (Node.js).
• Familiarity with AWS (ECS experience a plus, but not required).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and automated deployments.
• Experience writing and maintaining tests (Jest preferred).
• Background in API development; Twilio or Vonage integration is highly valued.
• Hands-on Git experience.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable in an Agile environment.
• Passion for building new solutions and solving problems.
