Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will bring a solid track record of delivering robust, maintainable solutions using modern web technologies and development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable fullstack applications, primarily focused on CRM systems.
• - Write clean, efficient, and reusable code using PHP, Laravel, and Node.js.
• - Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to support business logic and connect with thirdparty services.
• - Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement solutions.
• - Maintain and optimize MySQL databases and ensure data consistency, performance, and integrity.
• - Write unit and integration tests in Laravel to ensure code quality and stability across deployments.
• - Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including QA, product managers, and designers to deliver highquality software in an agile environment.
• - Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of professional experience in fullstack web development.
• - Proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework, with solid backend development experience.
• - Strong knowledge of Node.js for serverside development and asynchronous programming.
• - Deep understanding of relational databases, especially MySQL, and data modeling principles.
• - Experience building, documenting, and consuming RESTful APIs.
• - Understanding of key backend development principles such as:
• - Effective error handling and logging strategies
• - Security best practices for protecting user data
• - - - Familiarity with testdriven development practices, including writing unit and integration tests in Laravel.
• - Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• - Familiarity with CICD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• - Knowledge of frontend frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React) is a plus.
• - Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and version control systems (e.g., Git).

This is a remote role that will be set up as an Independent consultant engagement
