US Registered Nurse (USRN)
Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process in the interdisciplinary care of clients, empowering them and promoting safe, quality care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and healthcare outcomes
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care plans
Qualifications/Requirements
Job Requirements:
- BS Nursing Graduate
- Active PHRN and USRN license
- Must have a minimum of 2 years hospital-clinical experience
- Experience in the US BPO/Healthcare industry is a plus but not required
