Job Summary

We are looking for customer-focused and driven individuals to join our Billing, Sales & Retail Account. Successful candidates will handle customer inquiries, billing concerns, account management, sales opportunities, and general customer service while ensuring a positive customer experience.

• At least Senior High School Graduate (Old or New Curriculum)
• Minimum of 6 months BPO experience required
• Experience in Customer Service, Sales, Billing, or Retail accounts is an advantage
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions
• Resolve billing concerns and account-related inquiries
• Promote products and services based on customer needs
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
