Schedule: Day Shift to Mid Shift (5:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Rest Day: Fixed Weekends Off
Salary Package: ₱19,000 – ₱29,500
Job Summary
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Australian Telco account. Successful candidates will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, providing product and service information, and delivering a positive customer experience.
Qualifications- At least Senior High School Graduate (Old or New Curriculum)
- Open to Fresh Graduates and Experienced BPO Professionals
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang
- Willing to work on a Day Shift to Mid Shift schedule
- Salary package of up to ₱29,500
- Fixed weekends off
