We’re looking for a Product Specialist who’s part strategist, part technologist, and part customer champion—ready to bridge the gap between product capabilities and customer success.

Your Role:

• Champion Product Adoption – Guide clients and internal teams in leveraging PublishForge and PipelineForge for maximum impact.
• Run Demos & Training – Showcase product features through engaging demos, webinars, and onboarding sessions.
• Gather Feedback – Work closely with users to identify needs, pain points, and feature requests.
• Collaborate with Product & Dev Teams – Ensure customer feedback translates into valuable product improvements.
• Optimize Workflows – Help customers set up efficient, AI-assisted publishing and automation processes.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience in product management, SaaS platforms, or digital publishing/automation tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate technical features into business value.
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation workflows, and cloud-based platforms.
• Bonus: Experience with content platforms, composable architecture, or marketing automation systems.
