Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process payroll and government deductions for SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth.
- Compute and remit contributions and employee/government loan transactions accurately and on time.
- Manage government portals (My.SSS, Pag-IBIG/HDMF, PhilHealth) for reports and payments.
- Maintain and update employee records for contributions and remittances.
- Respond to employee payroll and benefits inquiries.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience or familiarity with SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth processing preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR/payroll systems.
