Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process payroll and government deductions for SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth.
  • Compute and remit contributions and employee/government loan transactions accurately and on time.
  • Manage government portals (My.SSS, Pag-IBIG/HDMF, PhilHealth) for reports and payments.
  • Maintain and update employee records for contributions and remittances.
  • Respond to employee payroll and benefits inquiries.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience or familiarity with SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth processing preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR/payroll systems.
