Job description:

• Ensure all manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently by closely monitoring how employees organize their workflows.
• Major responsibility: Supervising the supervisors of each department.
• Three years of experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build effective teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead people and achieve results through others.
• Ability to plan ahead and develop action plans for a 30-day time span to achieve results.
• Supervise the effective functioning of production personnel, prepare efficient production schedules, and ensure compliance with all company policies.
• Strong quality orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Must be amenable to working six days a week.
