Responsible for the daily planning, organizing and monitoring of the Processing areas in compliance to the established Standard Operating Procedures and attainment of department objectives.

Qualifications/Requirements

Must be a graduate of BS Food Technology, Engineering, or any related courses
Preferably with work experience in food manufacturing or company with GMP and ISO standards
With knowledge on basic computer operation and GMP; preferably knowledge on HACCP/ Food Safety Management System
With skills on people handling, problem solving and decision making
Can perform planning, organizing and resource management functions
Display behavior that is ethical, honest and with integrity
Can develop and train subordinates and aids on the improvement of their competence
With vision for innovation and continual improvement
Can handle pressure and can delegate task on the fulfillment of team goals
Attention to details and proactive
With strategic mindset
Team player
Can work on extended hours
Flexible and hard working
