Universal Robina Corporation is looking for Assistant Warehouseman (Simlong, Batangas)

Assistant Raw and Packaging Materials (RMPM) Warehouseman is responsible in the actual receiving of all incoming deliveries, proper storage and on time issuance of materials to Production.

He/She is responsible for Inventory Control to achieve 100% accuracy.

What are the Roles & Responsibilities:

• . Receives all incoming deliveries and signs the Delivery Receipt (DR) or Invoice and ensures completeness of documents of all incoming deliveries (e.g. DR, Invoice & Certificate of Analysis (COA).
• Ensures that samples are submitted to Quality Assurance (QA) and waits result of inspection prior to actual acceptance. Physically check the actual quantity received against the quantity in delivery receipt and properly stores in the designated pallet position.
• Maintains logbook for all receipts and stock card for close monitoring of receipts and issuance of materials. Assists in generating Goods Receipt (GR)
• Ensures proper handling and effective implementation of First-In-First-Out (FIFO) and physically check the actual quantity issued to production against the quantity in MRS. Ensures completeness and on time issuance of materials to production based on MRS to avoid interruption.
• Reports and gives feedbacks to the Warehouseman on all concerns related to Raw Materials and Packaging Materials (RMPM) warehousing operation.
• Ensure accurate counting of stocks during inventory count, conducts daily, weekly and monthly inventory. Ensures stocks are properly labeled.
• Ensures orderliness and cleanliness of the warehouse and ensured that all forklift and hand pallet trucks are well-maintained and operational.

What are the Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-years course or 2 years with diploma
• Has Driver's license
• 2 yrs warehouse experience
• Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
• Computer literate
• Honest, hardworking, dependable and trustworthy
• With or without experience and willing to learn
• willing to work in shifting schedule (Holiday/Overtime)
• Willing to be assigned in Simlong, Batangas
• full-time job is available.
