Technical Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Will do business development, identifying potential customers and developing relationships leading to sales.
• Assessing and reporting competitor's product offerings, marketing activities and business style to management.
• Conduct technical presentation, explaining complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable.
• Work and support to external sales personnel for pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
• Establishing the technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate products/services.
• Providing solution to clients problems with their projects - solution selling and helping in the design of custom-made products.
• Monitor, follow up and resolve customer issues that may arise.
• Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other events.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any technical related courses.
• Good interpersonal skills, team player and good ability to build relationship with clients.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales or marketing experience.
• Technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of how the company products work.
• With experience in technical/institutional sales is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Auto-CAD
• Can work with minimal supervision, with good sound judgement and business sense.
• A valid driver’s license and a willing to do field works
