Hemodialysis Machine Engineer/Technical Service Engineer New

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturer in the blood purification medical device industry. Our respected client is seeking for a Technical Service Engineer to spearhead the installation, maintenance, and technical optimization of their Hemodialysis systems across Luzon (NCR areas).

This role is a unique hybrid of advanced biomedical engineering and clinical partnership, requiring a professional who can manage complex machinery while effectively training healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform on-site installation, demonstration, and maintenance of hemodialysis machines.
• Conduct product presentations, user training, and demonstrations
• Execute technical duties as required
• Support business growth and contribute to increasing patient numbers
• Complete tasks assigned by supervisors

Key requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology or Engineering or any related field
• Substantial experience (minimum 2-3 years) in maintaining dialysis machines
• Strong proficiency in English, excellent communication skills, hard-working, independent, and self-motivated.
