Sales Engineer

Job Description:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector
- Promote and sell company products and services to contractors, developers, and project owners
- Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and product specifications
- Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and after-sales support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and project opportunities
- Assist in the preparation of bid documents and participate in tender submissions when required
- Ensure timely collection of payments and proper documentation of transactions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Licensed Engineer (PRC) is preferred
- At least 2–3 years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales, preferably in construction
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, project specifications, and processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into sales solutions
- Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge in AutoCAD or similar tools is an advantage
- With valid driver’s license and willing to travel for site visits and client meetings
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
