Customer Service Associates (NON - VOICE Account Offer)

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Associates to join our team in Cebu Central Visayas. This full-time role will see you providing exceptional non-voice customer support to our clients, playing a vital part in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

• Responding to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other non-voice channels
• Providing accurate and timely information to customers
• Resolving customer issues and concerns efficiently and effectively
• Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times
• Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Experience in a customer service or call centre environment (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
