Job Summary:

Reporting directly to the Marketing Head, the Marketing Communications Manager leads a team of marketing officers and marketing specialists in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Manages and supervises marketing officers and marketing specialists to achieve targets and directives through the following activities, including but not limited to:

  1. Marketing Strategy Development
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive client acquisition, strengthen client retention, and increase revenue across all marketing channels.
  3. Design client acquisition strategies that identify high-value customer segments, optimize conversion funnels, and reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC).
  4. Create retention strategies including but not limited to loyalty initiatives and re-engagement campaigns to maximize customer lifetime value (CLV).
  5. Stay current with marketing trends and recommend innovative approaches that improve acquisition and retention performance.
  6. Campaign Management
  7. Manage online marketing initiatives, including but not limited to social media, paid advertising, influencer collaborations, email marketing, SEO/SEM/ASO, and mobile app marketing to drive client acquisition and engagement.
  8. Oversee offline marketing including print advertising, direct marketing, and events to expand acquisition reach and brand presence.
  9. Execute compelling campaigns and promotions supported by content analysis to refine messaging, optimize engagement, and enhance both acquisition and retention.
  10. Implement retention campaigns, including but not limited to personalized communications, win-back initiatives, and targeted offers based on customer behavior analysis and data-driven strategies.
  11. Brand Management
  12. Oversee brand positioning and messaging across all channels while tailoring communications to support acquisition and retention objectives.
  13. Develop and maintain brand guidelines ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
  14. Monitor brand health and reputation to strengthen customer loyalty and support retention goals.
  15. Performance Measurement and Budget Management
  16. Establish KRAs and KPIs to track acquisition, retention, and content performance metrics ensuring effective measurement and optimization of marketing efforts.
  17. Conduct content performance analysis using analytics tools to track effectiveness, identify gaps, and inform strategy decisions.
  18. Allocate marketing budget effectively based on performance analysis and optimization of acquisition costs and retention program effectiveness.
  19. Generate reports on acquisition and retention performance with actionable insights for improvement.
  20. Team Leadership and Supervision
  21. Lead and mentor the marketing officers and specialists, fostering a data-driven culture focused on acquisition, retention, and content optimization.
  22. Provide guidance on marketing materials development, ensuring alignment with acquisition and retention strategies.
  23. Regularly assess the team’s performance and tailor training programs to enhance their expertise in digital and traditional marketing, client retention, analytics, and customer journey optimization.
  24. Assist the marketing head in recruiting, onboarding, and conducting performance reviews for marketing team members.
  25. Stakeholder Engagement
  26. Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing strategies with business objectives, sharing insights on acquisition, retention, and content performance.
  27. Build relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance marketing efforts.
  28. Present marketing plans and results to senior management, communicating acquisition, retention, and content effectiveness metrics with recommendations.
  29. Perform other work-related functions and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in both online and offline marketing (financial services or fintech experience is a plus).
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and client retention with demonstrated success expanding market reach, client base, and optimizing conversion funnels.
  • Experienced in leading teams, delegating tasks, setting goals, and fostering staff growth. Motivates members and maintains strong performance with clear feedback and communication.
  • Experience in content performance analysis using analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, social media analytics, and marketing automation tools).
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate findings into strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, external partners, and agencies.
  • Experience in projects or initiatives involving OFWs or OFW communities is an advantage but not required.
  • Willingness to travel for fieldwork and attend events.
