As a Salesforce Administrator, you'll manage users, optimize configurations, and ensure data integrity while supporting critical business functions. You will partner with developers and integration specialists to enhance platform performance and stability.

- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201 or higher)
- Proficiency in report and dashboard creation, system configuration, and user support
- Familiarity with Salesforce Life Sciences and/or Marketing Cloud environments
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and documentation skills
- Self-directed and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or clinical research organizations
- Experience using sandbox environments and change set deployments
- Familiarity with Salesforce Flow, permission sets, and process automation
- Manage and maintain Salesforce user accounts, permissions, roles, and profiles
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business intelligence needs
- Configure platform settings, custom fields, page layouts, workflows, and validation rules
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and apply system updates as needed
- Support data management tasks including data imports, data hygiene, and backups
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide Tier 1 support (internal communication only)
- Collaborate with Salesforce Developer and MuleSoft Developer to ensure platform stability
- Monitor system health and identify opportunities for platform improvements
