Job Description
As a Salesforce QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and compliance of Salesforce platform enhancements through systematic testing, validation, and documentation. You'll focus on functional, regression, and integration testing to meet business requirements and compliance standards.

- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or testing, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, declarative tools, and data model
- Experience with automated testing tools (Provar, Selenium, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with GxP validation, IQ/OQ/PC standards, and compliance-driven environments preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Salesforce Administrator certification a plus
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test scripts, and test cases for Salesforce enhancements and integrations
- Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features and releases
- Partner with business analysts, developers, and administrators to validate requirements and acceptance criteria
- Establish and maintain automated testing frameworks where applicable (e.g., Selenium)
- Document and track defects; ensure timely resolution and retesting
- Support validation and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with release management to support deployment readiness and post-release validation
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and standards
