Senior Accounts Payable Analyst

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (mandatory)
- Experience: 3–5 years in Finance & Accounting
- System Requirement: SAP S/4HANA experience is mandatory
Job Summary
Manage Accounts Payable operations for local and international suppliers, ensuring accurate postings, reconciliations, and timely month-end close. Leverage SAP S/4HANA to process complex AP transactions, resolve supplier inquiries, and support audits and compliance requirements.?
Key Responsibilities- Process and review PO and Non-PO invoices for local and foreign suppliers and brokers
- Handle import/export AP transactions and related documentation
- Process cash advances, reimbursements, credit cards, petty cash, and WER
- Clear GRIR, VAT vendor, MIT, EIT, CIP, and advance accounts
- Perform AP and supplier SOA reconciliations
- Manage supplier inquiries, disputes, and follow-ups
- Oversee Bureau of Customs (BOC) AP processing and monitoring reports
- Follow up on SAP BTP transactions and bank debit clearings
- Prepare monthly accruals, reversals, and AP balance sheet schedules
- Maintain MIT schedules, non-compliant reports, AP aging, and business reports
- Support audits and internal control requirements
- Guide junior analysts on processes and system usage
- Support SOP updates and process improvement initiatives
- 3–5 years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA AP and clearing processes
- Knowledge of GRIR, MIT, EIT, CIP, advance accounting, and VAT compliance
- Strong reconciliation and root-cause analysis skills
- Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities
- Ability to manage complex, high-volume transactions
