About the Role
We’re looking for a rising finance professional who’s ready to step into a Finance Director role. You’ll lead a portfolio of 5–10 clients and act as their most senior finance person—supported by a team handling payroll, accounts payable, billing, revenue recognition, controllership and financial reporting.
This role is a blend of hands-on financial leadership and client advisory. You’ll be accountable to the quality and timeliness of the monthly accounting product while at the same time, leading conversations with founders, and helping them understand both their financial performance and the operational levers that drive it.Given our fixed fee revenue model, you’ll need to work effectively, focus on what matters most, and bring your full commercial brain to the table.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You- Have experience in global professional services or high-growth private companies where you are used to wearing a lot of hats

Qualifications:
- Must have background working with creative service firms (ie. advertising, marketing communications companies)
- Must have experience supporting multiple US clients at one time in finance leadership and client advisory roles
- Seasoned and hungry finance professional ready to step into a Director level role
- Open to full remote work set-up
- Open to the night shift schedule
