About the role
This full-time Quality Control position offers an exciting opportunity to join the talented team at INTERACTIVE MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE' in Santa Clara Santa Maria Bulacan. As a Quality Control professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction are met across the organisation.
What you'll be doing- Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and finished products to verify conformance with established quality standards and specifications
- Conduct various quality tests and analyses to identify and resolve quality issues
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions to improve quality
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of quality control processes and findings
- Identify opportunities for quality improvement and make recommendations to management
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality management systems
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices
- Relevant degree or certification in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues
- Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to quality monitoring and documentation
- Proficient in using quality control tools and equipment, as well as data analysis software
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 or Six Sigma, is an advantage
