GRAPHIC SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

JOB SUMMARY:

The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design skills with a passion for social media trends and content creation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design compelling graphics, animations, and multimedia content tailored for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, etc.)
• Develop and execute social media content calendars in alignment with marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and produce campaign-specific visuals.
• Write engaging social media captions and assist in basic copywriting when needed.
• Monitor social media performance and engagement, providing regular reports and insights.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, platform features, and best practices.
• Assist with video editing for short-form content when required.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and social media channels.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design and social media management (agency or in-house).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and/or Canva.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
• Strong visual storytelling and typography skills.
• Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics or animation (After Effects a plus).
• Knowledge of social media advertising tools (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Photography or videography skills are a bonus.
