Are you highly organized with an eye for detail? We are looking for a dedicated HR Staff (ATM Card Processor) to join our HR Operations team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for employee payroll account management, ensuring that all team members receive their ATM cards and banking credentials accurately and on time.
You will bridge the gap between our employees, the HR department, and our partner banks to maintain a seamless onboarding and payroll experience.
Key Responsibilities- Bank Account Coordination: Manage the end-to-end application process for employee payroll accounts with partner banks.
- ATM Card Management: Receive, sort, and release ATM cards and PIN mailers to employees across various departments or branches.
- Documentation: Ensure all bank application forms are complete, accurate, and compliant with KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements.
- Database Maintenance: Update HRIS and payroll trackers with newly activated account numbers.
- Troubleshooting: Assist employees with card-related issues, including lost cards, expired accounts, or PIN resets.
- Audit & Reporting: Maintain an organized filing system and provide regular reports on the status of card disbursements.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR Admin or Payroll support is preferred (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!).
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, basic formulas) and general HRIS software.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail (handling sensitive financial data).
- Strong interpersonal skills for coordinating with bank representatives and employees.
- Ability to handle confidential information with high integrity.
