Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to provide preventive and corrective maintenance for air conditioning systems, electrical equipment, and general building facilities. The ideal candidate has strong technical troubleshooting skills, can safely operate company vehicles, and is committed to delivering quality maintenance services across multiple project sites.
Key Responsibilities- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning and ventilation systems.
- Install, inspect, clean, and repair window-type and split-type air conditioning units.
- Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting and minor repairs involving lighting, power systems, and electrical equipment.
- Monitor and assist in the operation and maintenance of generators (gensets) and related facility equipment.
- Carry out routine inspections to identify maintenance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Safely operate company service vehicles for field assignments and equipment transportation.
- Complete maintenance reports, service documentation, and inspection checklists.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients regarding maintenance schedules and service requests.
- Respond to emergency maintenance concerns and render overtime when operationally required.
- Technical/Vocational graduate in HVAC, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in facilities maintenance, HVAC servicing, or building maintenance.
- HVAC NC II certification is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, generator operations, and preventive maintenance.
- Valid Professional Driver's License with the ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Willing to work onsite and travel across Metro Manila for field assignments.
- Possesses a valid NBI or Police Clearance.
- Flexible to work overtime, weekends, or emergency call-outs when necessary.
