About the role
FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS' is seeking an exceptional Head Chef to join our dynamic team in Metro Manila. As Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations and leading a talented kitchen brigade to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay, opportunities for career advancement, and the chance to be part of a growing hospitality company.
What you'll be doing- Develop and implement creative, innovative menus that showcase your culinary expertise and align with the company's brand and vision
- Manage and mentor a team of skilled chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff to ensure consistent, high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Oversee the kitchen's day-to-day operations, including inventory management, cost control, and adherence to health and safety standards
- Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events, catering services, and other culinary initiatives
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Head Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful menus that cater to diverse customer preferences
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a kitchen brigade
- Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Thorough understanding of food safety regulations, inventory management, and cost control procedures
- Passion for the culinary arts and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
