Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Position Overview:
The SDR drives business growth by identifying and qualifying new opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and outreach. This role supports the sales pipeline by engaging prospects and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Research, identify, and reach out to potential BPO clients via calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualification: Assess inbound leads, follow up on MQLs, and convert them into SQLs.
- Sales Outreach: Generate interest in BPO services, schedule meetings, and update CRM records.
- Collaboration: Work with sales teams to refine messaging and hand off qualified leads.
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and client pain points.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain CRM records and report outreach results.
- Client Engagement: Build relationships and align solutions with business needs.
- Continuous Learning: Improve sales strategies through training and feedback.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or B2B sales—preferably with exposure to the Australian market.
- Skills: Strong communication, goal-driven, organized, CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot), and resilient in outbound sales.
- Traits: Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
