We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help us manage key administrative functions, ensure compliance, and support our automation journey.

Who You Are:

You’re a proactive, organized, and resourceful virtual assistant with a strong background in automations, CRM platforms like GHL, and client communication. You enjoy taking initiative, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the implementation and ongoing management of GoHighLevel (GHL), including troubleshooting and setup

Create and maintain automations for client onboarding, communications, billing, and compliance workflows

Support general administrative tasks (invoicing, client records, scheduling, email management, etc.)

Monitor compliance issues and help ensure documentation and processes meet required standards

Communicate with clients professionally and promptly through email, phone, or chat

Help streamline internal workflows and identify areas for increased efficiency

Provide general tech and systems support as needed during our transition to GHL

Requirements:

Proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or a similar CRM/marketing automation platform

Strong understanding of automation building, funnels, and campaign flows

Excellent administrative skills with a keen attention to detail

Comfortable with client communication and service-oriented support

Tech-savvy with experience using online tools like Microsoft 365, project management tools (Notion), and cloud systems

Self-starter who can work independently and prioritize tasks

Bonus: operations for service-based businesses

Hours & Compensation: CST, USA

Flexible remote work

Approx. 10-20 hours/week to start, with potential to grow into more

Competitive hourly rate based on experience
