• The Billing Specialist key role perform proper information and/or data regarding invoice processing
• Directly reporting to the Billing Manager
• The position is a full-time position and normal weekly schedule shall be from Mondays to Friday from 06:30AM to 03:00PM (Philippine Time) and 05:30AM to 02:00PM (Philippine Time) during Daylight Saving Time in the Commonwealth of Australia.

• Process customer invoices
• Timely and accurate handling of all billing related transactions or requests
• Ensures all queries are responded on time
• Identification of process bottlenecks and difficulties and suggests solutions and fresh ideas to improve process.
• Ensures Customer Terms are reflective of agreements and Company Policy through regular review and changes maintained on a timely basis.
• Strong performance management and billing background. Sufficient background/knowledge on basic accounting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• Minimum of 2 years’ handling invoice processing, preferably with cost accounting knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
• Proficiency with accounting software
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently
• Ability to complete month end sale analysis reports
