Front Office Receptionist

Ensures a personalized service to our colleagues, guests/ clients.
  • Greet guests upon arrival, accompany them to their meeting room booked.
  • To be able to explain the facilities and services available for their comfort and pleasure with collaboration of the Front Desk staff.
  • Serve meals, snacks, cocktails and other food and beverage items in the meeting rooms and boardrooms.
  • Remains immediately available during assigned shift to respond to guests’ needs.
  • Coordinates with front desk, office assist and housekeeping services by notifying them on the status of the meetings, coordinating special request of guests/ clients and to inform of the appropriate time to provide cleaning.
  • Maintains adequate per stock of food and beverage items necessary to meet the needs of guests as approved by admin. Maintains a harmonious relationship with the pantry personnel to ensure pantry and all other assigned areas in a neat and serviceable condition. Reports deficiencies or safety hazards to Admin.
  • Ensures a consistent level of service.
  • Maintains confidentiality of guest information and activities.
  • Provides documentation on a daily basis to the front desk agents on special requests and particular likes and dislikes of each guest/client which is to be used by the staff for future visits and updated in the guest’s history profiles.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
