We are seeking a passionate Customer-Success Oriented experienced QA Engineer with Strong Project Management Experience to help us test our innovative applications, and successfully implement them, and manage Paywage's daily communications with our customers, Philippines’ leading banks.
As part of our QA team, you will be responsible for products and releases quality. You will be developing test plans, executing manual tests, reporting defects and advocating product quality as well as being our tier 2 support for our clients.
This is an excellent position for QA Engineers who are looking to be at the forefront of product implementation, expand their professional toolbox and enjoy working with people (internal team and clients), this job is a good fit for you if you are a people person as well as an experience QA as significant part of the role is to face pur clients via our different communication channel and offer support and advice alongside with recognizing issues and moving them to be fix by the tech team
PayWage team is remote and from different countries therefore english is also very important for the communication
Responsibilities- Develop and execute detailed test plans based on product and technical requirements.
- Perform functionality, usability, and regression testing for mobile and web applications to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Log, track, and resolve identified defects while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure product readiness and optimize configurations for success.
- Serve as a key contact for client communications, managing their requests and issues acting as part of a Tier 2 support team.
- Work closely with Development and Product teams to align on customer needs and priorities.
- Facilitate onboarding processes, including hosting kickoff meetings, product walkthroughs, and company presentations.
- Proactively identify and address customer challenges, such as product-related issues, incomplete implementations, or gaps in knowledge, to ensure their goals are met.
- Participate in client meetings to understand their evolving needs and advocate for their requirements internally.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manual testing of mobile and web applications.
- Experience in writing test plans and test cases.
- Strong technical skills and understanding (software development cycles, QA process, ability to investigate and report defects in a clear way)
- Customer Success experience opposite management level
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow customer narratives and find workable solutions to their issues.
- Ability to understand and prioritize client needs, ensuring their satisfaction and success with the product.
- Skilled at juggling multiple client requests and internal priorities, ensuring timely responses and effective solutions.
- Able to work independently, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in customer service and support, sales, account management, or customer success with corporations.
- Experience project managing in a professional context.
- Scripting and coding experience
- Previous experience with Jira ticketing system
