ADMIN / HR STAFF
Job Summary
The Admin/HR Staff is responsible for supporting daily administrative operations and managing human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, records management, payroll assistance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and Philippine labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties- Maintain and organize company files, documents, and records
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement
- Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Support day-to-day office operations
- Assist in handling employee contracts and documentation
- Help manage employee records and administrative requirements
- Support payroll preparation, including basic salary computation and timekeeping
- Carry out company directives and administrative tasks as assigned
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and performance
- Prepare contracts, memoranda, and disciplinary notices
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor laws
- Address employee concerns and provide basic HR support
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in Admin and/or HR role is an advantage
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Professionalism and strong work ethics
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
