We’re Hiring: Site Engineer at Vismotor!

Vismotor Corporation is expanding, and we’re looking for a dedicated Site Engineer to join our growing team. This role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of construction, expansion, and maintenance projects across our branches.

As a Site Engineer, you’ll oversee site operations, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, and ensure that all projects meet safety, quality, and timeline standards. If you’re detail-oriented, hands-on, and passionate about delivering excellent results, we’d love to have you on board!

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and planning skills.
• Background/Experience in structural engineering of at least 1-2 years.
• Supervise daily construction activities and manage the site workforce.
• Ensure work is executed in accordance with the approved plans and within the given timeline.
• Monitor site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain and manage daily site reports (weather, labor, progress, materials, etc.).
• Submit daily and weekly progress reports, photos, and updates for record and review by the Engineering Supervisor or Head Office.
