MEPF Site Engineer

We are in search of a MEPF Site Engineer who will take the lead in overseeing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) systems for our Cebu City project sites. The successful candidate will be a licensed professional with extensive experience in vertical construction projects, ensuring that MEPF works are executed to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities (Core Functions):

• MEPF Planning & Execution – Supervise, monitor, and coordinate all MEPF installations to ensure compliance with design plans, standards, and timelines.
• Coordination & Collaboration – Work closely with project managers, architects, structural engineers, and subcontractors to resolve site issues and streamline project execution.
• Quality & Safety Assurance – Conduct inspections, testing, and quality control of MEPF systems while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Core Competencies:

• Graduate of Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (licensed preferred).
• Strong knowledge of MEPF design, construction, and commissioning standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure in fast-paced construction environments.

• On-time completion of MEPF deliverables as per project schedule (100%).
• Compliance rate with design specifications, codes, and safety standards (target: 100%).
• Zero major safety violations in MEPF execution.
• Quality inspection approval rate of MEPF works on first submission (>90%).
• Reduction in rework costs for MEPF systems (<5%).

Qualifications:

• Licensed Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineer (PRC).
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in MEPF site engineering, preferably in vertical construction projects.
• Hands-on experience in supervising MEPF installations, QA/QC inspections, and commissioning.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willing to be deployed to Cebu City project sites.
