The Sales & Marketing Supervisor is responsible for managing the sales & marketing team and ensuring that both individual and team sales targets are met. The Sales & Marketing Supervisor is also responsible for offering our services and selling directly to clients, while efficiently handling client concerns and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Meeting KPI and team quota is essential in this position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team quotas.
- Provide coaching and training to enhance the team’s selling skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs and sales objectives.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategy adjustments.
- Actively promote and sell our services to clients, addressing their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Present product demonstrations and conduct client meetings to build strong business relationships.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to create a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct cold calling and outreach activities to attract new clients.
- Utilize various channels, including email campaigns, social media, and networking events, to generate leads.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to develop strategies that drive business growth.
- Implement sales initiatives and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients.
- Address and resolve client concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain long-term client relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
- Gather client feedback to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, preparing regular reports for management.
- Track lead generation and conversion rates to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and team management, preferably as a Sales Lead or Supervisor.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, and developing marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle client concerns effectively.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills to guide the sales team toward achieving goals.
- Proficient in using CRM, HRIS, ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets consistently.
