Sales Support Coordinator (Onsirte)
Job Description:
- Gather and organise product information to complete and submit product submissions to key retail partners.
- Assist in managing the national promotional plan, ensuring all promotional dates are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain and update internal and external accrual trackers to support promotional and financial planning.
- Work with internal & external stakeholders to create a social media content plan (supported by AI) and upload content for LinkedIn and brand social media channels.
- Liaise with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance) to ensure timely and accurate information sharing
- Facilitate monthly townhall survey and responses for leadership team.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales support, administration, or coordination roles.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content posting.
- Comfortable using Excel and the MS Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — liaising with both internal teams and external customers.
