To assist/support the R&D Department General Manager in leading the department operation focusing in product development,process improvement and technical problem solving

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
At least 3 t 5 years experience in R&D with managerial or leadership capacity.
Proven tract record of successful product development.
Strong knowledge of R&D project management and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, leadership and analytical skills.
Preparing reports needed for any customer-related meetings and technical items and attending /leading meetings.
Residence must be within the City of San Fernando, Pampanga or Bacolor and Angeles City area.

BACOLOR, PAMPANGA
