Job Summary (Automotive Industry)

The Account Specialist (Automotive Industry) is responsible for managing client accounts related to vehicle sales, services, parts, and mobility solutions. The role ensures customer satisfaction by acting as the primary point of contact between the company and clients, while supporting sales, after-sales, and operational processes within the automotive business.

The position plays a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring smooth coordination of automotive transactions, and supporting business growth in the vehicle sales and service sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain assigned automotive client accounts (vehicle buyers, fleet clients, service customers)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding vehicles, services, parts, and warranties
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and financing-related documents for vehicle sales and services
  • Monitor account performance, service history, and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Service, Parts, Finance, and Operations) to fulfill client requirements
  • Track vehicle orders, unit deliveries, registration status, and payment updates
  • Assist in billing concerns, account reconciliation, and service invoicing
  • Maintain accurate and updated client and vehicle records in the system (CRM/ERP)
  • Support the sales team in achieving automotive sales targets and service revenue goals
  • Identify opportunities for upselling services (PMS, repairs, parts replacement, accessories, warranties)
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or related field
  • Proven experience in account management, sales support, customer service, or automotive industry is an advantage
  • Knowledge in automotive sales, after-sales service, or dealership operations is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or CRM/ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or similar)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced automotive environment
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and customer handling skills
