Store Sales Assistant

1. Sales and Customer Service

• Accurately processes sales and receipt transactions on a daily basis, ensuring all sales invoices are issued and all documentation is up to date.

1. Inventory and Stock Management

• Conducts daily inventory and checking to ensure stock accuracy and prevent discrepancies.

1. Cash Handling and Financial Procedures

• Manages daily cash depo in strict adherence to branch protocols and security procedures.

1. Branch Operations and Maintenance

• Assists with daily branch operations, including sales processing, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, safe environment for staff and customers.

1. Motorcycle Operations and Maintenance

• Safely operates the company motorcycle to transport items and documents between branches, the main office, and other required locations.

Other Duties:

• Performs other related duties as assigned to support branch operations and company objectives.
• Demonstrates flexibility to be transferred to other branches as needed to support operational requirements.
• Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
