Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead the setup and operations of our new Development Centre in Iloilo. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on leader who can build high-performing teams and ensure the successful delivery of software solutions and services for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the establishment and operational launch of the Philippines Development Centre (recruitment, infrastructure, compliance).Build and manage cross-functional teams including development, QA, and product support.
Oversee delivery of software development projects (C++, C#, and related technologies).
Implement processes, KPIs, and quality standards to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Collaborate with UK-based stakeholders on strategy, timelines, and execution.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency and scalability.
Support future expansion into customer support, web development, and systems operations.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
5–10 years of experience in managing software development or service delivery teams (10+ FTEs).Strong leadership and team-building experience.
Proven track record in hiring, mentoring, and retaining technical teams.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and QA processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in business English.
Willing to work shifting schedules aligned with UK business hours.
Preferred:
Technical background in software engineering (Microsoft technologies is a plus).Experience in insurance or financial services industry.
MBA or relevant professional certification.
