Job Summary:

The HR Manager will oversee and manage all human resources functions for farm operations in Pampanga. This role is responsible for ensuring effective workforce planning, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and implementation of HR policies tailored to a farm-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing for farm personnel, including technicians, farm workers, and administrative staff
  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs to ensure workforce capability and productivity
  • Handle employee relations concerns, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in accordance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and health & safety standards
  • Monitor attendance, performance, and productivity of farm employees
  • Coordinate with farm managers and supervisors regarding manpower planning and operational needs
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with farm operations
  • Oversee payroll inputs, benefits administration, and timekeeping accuracy
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Experience in handling farm, agricultural, or site-based operations is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle field-based work and interact with diverse workforce groups
  • Willing to be assigned and travel within Pampanga farm sites
