We're Hiring:

Full-Time Banner Designer (Remote - Philippines Only)

Specializing in Facebook Ad Creatives – Static & Video

Long-Term Role | Paid Trial Week | Exclusive Commitment Required

Do you enjoy creating simple yet powerful ad banners that convert?

We're looking for a full-time freelance designer from the Philippines to help us produce high-volume Facebook ads (static and video) for our performance marketing campaigns.

You’ll be working remotely, but closely with our creative team - following what's proven to work, exploring new ideas, and bringing your own creative spark.

Tools You'll Use:

• Canva (must be fluent).
• Photoshop (basic use is enough).
• Simple video editor (CapCut, VN, or similar).
• AI image tools (we provide access and training).

What You’ll Do:

• Reproduce and adapt our high-performing ad creatives.
• Create new banner ideas from references we provide—or ones we spot online.
• Add your creative touch to test different versions and angles.
• Generate 30–80 ads per day (simple design, fast workflow).
• Ensure all creatives meet Facebook ad specs and best practices.

Requirements:

• Philippines-based.
• Strong skills in Canva, Photoshop, and basic video editing.
• Good English (written and spoken) – for reading briefs, understanding ad copy, and occasional communication.
• Basic understanding of what makes Facebook ads effective (or willingness to learn fast).
• Stable internet connection and reliable computer.
• Ability to work exclusively with us – no other freelance clients allowed.
• Availability to work full-time, 09:00–18:00 Dubai time (Mon–Fri).
