BRIEF DESCRIPTION

The Admin Messenger is responsible for the timely and secure delivery of documents, packages, and official materials within and outside the organization. This role supports the administrative department by handling external transactions such as bank deposits, government filings, document submissions, and office-related errands.

The Admin Messenger ensures confidentiality, accuracy, and efficiency in all assigned tasks.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Document and Package Delivery
  • Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and materials to and from offices, clients, banks, and government agencies.
  • Ensure documents are delivered promptly and securely.
  • Obtain signatures and receipts as proof of delivery when required.
  • Maintain proper documentation of deliveries and collections.
  1. Government and Bank Transactions
  • Process company transactions at banks (e.g., deposits, withdrawals, check encashment).
  • Submit documents to government offices (e.g., permits, licenses, registrations.
  • Assist with utility payments, tax payments, and other official transactions as assigned
  1. Administrative Support:
  • Support office staff with administrative errands and tasks.
  • Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning and organizing documents
  1. Confidentiality and Security
  • Safeguard confidential documents and sensitive company information.
  • Handle cash, checks, and important documents with integrity and responsibility.
  1. Record Keeping and Reporting
  • Maintain a daily logbook of deliveries, transactions, and errands
  • Report completed tasks and any issues encountered during assignments
  • Submit receipts and supporting documents for liquidation of expenses
  1. Vehicle or Transportation Management
  • Operate a motorcycle or company vehicle safely (if required)
  • Ensure vehicle is clean and in good working condition.
  • Follow traffic rules and maintain valid driving credentials.

Technical Skills:

  1. Document Handling
  • Ability to organize and track incoming and outgoing documents.
  • Knowledge of basic document processing.
  1. Basic Administrative Skills
  • Familiarity with photocopying, scanning, printing, and document preparation.
  • Basic understanding of office procedures.
  1. Record Keeping
  • Ability to maintain accurate logs of deliveries, expenses, and transactions.
  • Familiar with maintaining official receipts and liquidation reports.
  1. Banking and Government Processes
  • Basic knowledge of bank transactions (deposit slips, withdrawal slips, check processing.
  • Familiarity with government document submission procedures.
  1. Navigation Skills
  • Ability to use GPS, maps, or mobile navigation apps to locate destinations.
  • Knowledge of local routes and transportation systems
