Utility Clerk and Messenger

Responsibilities:

Housekeeping & Cleanliness
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of office premises, including work areas, comfort rooms, pantry, and common areas
  • Perform daily cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal
  • Ensure availability and proper use of cleaning supplies and materials
  • Uphold sanitation and hygiene standards at all time
Utility & Maintenance Support
  • Assist in minor repair and maintenance of office facilities, furniture, and equipment
  • Report major defects or facility issues requiring technical servicing
  • Monitor office utilities (lights, water, air-conditioning) and ensure proper functioning
  • Support preventive maintenance activities as scheduled
Liaison & Messenger Services
  • Deliver and pick up documents, packages, and other office requirements from other offices
  • Coordinate with banks, government offices, suppliers, and service providers as needed
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission and retrieval of documents
  • Assist in processing basic office requirements and errands outside the office
Compliance & Support
  • Follow safety protocols, housekeeping standards, and company policies
  • Ensure proper handling of company property and confidential documents
  • Provide support during office events, meetings, and special activities as required

Qualifications:

  • At least Senior High School Graduate
  • Vocational course in Housekeeping, Hospitality Services, Electrical Maintenance, or related field is an advantage
  • At least 1-3 year experience in housekeeping, utility work, maintenance support, or messenger/liaison services is preferred
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license for motorcycles.

  • Customer Service: Provides timely, respectful, and solution-oriented assistance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Planning and Organizing: Prioritizes and manages multiple tasks efficiently to ensure timely completion of housekeeping, maintenance, and liaison duties.
  • Communicative Ability: Clearly and accurately conveys information to ensure smooth coordination with internal teams and external partners.
