Mabuhay! VjANDEP Bakeshop is looking for an HR Manpower Development Officer in Cagayan de Oro City.
Job Summary:
The Manpower and Development Officer is responsible for ensuring the management of developing all employees in terms of providing training and activities. The position will also champion monitoring the performance appraisal and give a necessary assessment on how to elevate and address low performances.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement the annual training and activities calendar for the organization.
- Coordinate monthly and yearly company events (e.g., Team-building, Christmas Party).
- Work with department heads to assess training needs and create an annual training plan.
- Prepare project briefs (program flow, objectives, and budget) for approval prior to implementation.
- Lead and oversee the execution of all approved training programs and company activities.
- Conduct post-evaluation of all activities and ensure quality standards are met.
- Distribute performance appraisal forms to all department heads.
- Consolidate and prepare semi-annual performance appraisal reports and summaries.
- Prepare and issue official memorandums for approved trainings, company events, holidays, and other announcements.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in HR training, employee engagement, or performance management is an advantage
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines effectively
- Detail-oriented and proactive
