Accounting Assistant - AP/AR
We are seeking an Accounting Assistant (AP) to join our team at GJH SERCONS INC. in BGC, Taguig. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for supporting our procurement processes and helping to ensure the smooth operation of the Accounting department.
What you'll be doing:
Assist the Accounting Manager in all aspects of the Accounting Functions
To ensures all receivable accounts be properly recorded, updated, monitored, and collected on time thus, securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts and resolving discrepancies.
What we're looking for:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of the role
- Relevant experience in an accounting role
- With 6 months to 1 year experience doing AP or AR is an advantage but FRESH GRADUATE ARE WELCOME TO APPLY.
- A bachelor's degree in BS Accounting or anything related to the course
