JOB SUMMARY:The Accounts Receivable Staff will manage and monitor customer accounts, process payments, and ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables in Bogo City and San Fernando. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate financial records.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Process and record customer payments accurately and timely
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts
- Prepare billing statements and invoices for customers
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and collections
- Generate accounts receivable reports for management review
- Coordinate with sales and logistics teams regarding customer accounts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Qualifications/Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Area of Assignment: Mandaue City, Cebu
