Field Marketing Representative (Visayas)

About the Role

The Field Marketing Representative is primarily responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring various branch operations activities geared towards satisfying customers and achieving profit and revenue targets in the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the branch's competitive position using business tools.
• Assist the Branch Manager in defining target markets through surveys and customer studies.
• Generate demand forecasts for the Annual Business Plan.

• Provide insights to address gaps between actual and target sales.
• Recommend and help implement marketing strategies, store promos, and special events (product demos, exhibits, fiestas, etc.).
• Ensure proper execution of selling techniques and use of sales kits and promotional materials.

• Implement the Sales Area Mapping System (SAMS) to generate prospects and improve conversion rates.
• Assist customers in completing requirements for bank/in-house loan approvals.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports (RCD).
• Conduct follow-ups with prospects and monitor sales performance.
• Support collection efficiency by following the EAR process and reminding clients of payment schedules.

• Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate post-sales concerns with the After-Sales Department.
• Maintain proper documentation of customer complaints and resolutions.
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships.

• Coordinate with branch mechanics to identify critical items/parts.
• Recommend actions to maintain optimal inventory levels and avoid stockouts.

• Graduate of any business-related or agriculture-related four-year course.
• At least 1 year of sales experience in an agribusiness environment is an advantage.
• Must have own motorcycle, updated OR/CR and driver's license.
• Willing to do fieldwork and to be assigned to provincial areas.
• Preferably with NCII Certification.
