The Credit Manager ensures effective hotel credit operations, including timely collections, accurate account management, and compliance with policies. Key duties involve monitoring credit limits, resolving disputes, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships while supporting smooth financial performance
Qualifications/Requirements- Proficiency preferred with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge in hotel operations;
- Accountable and resilient.
- Familiar with POS, PMS, Sun System and other similar systems;
- Hotel experience in similar position.
