Construction Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, progress, and costs, and prepare regular status reports.
• Manage site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Resolve construction-related issues, delays, or conflicts that may arise on-site.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
• Liaise with government agencies and local authorities for permits, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
• Implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks.
• Support management in forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation for construction projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Licensed Civil Engineer.
• At least 5–7 years of proven experience in construction management, and expertise in vertical projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, safety regulations, and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is an advantage.
