Production Technical Engineer

PRODUCTION TECHNICAL ENGINEER

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering or any Engineering-related course.
• Preferably with 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing industry.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Solid understanding of production planning, workflow optimization, and capacity planning.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma) is a strong plus.
• Ability to analyze production data and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Monitor everyday production operations to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and output.
• Identify bottlenecks in the production line and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality assurance teams to minimize downtime and reduce waste.
• Analyze production data and generate regular reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate with line operators and management.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
